Meet Kerry
It was Kerry Covert Graham’s lifelong goal to become a real estate agent. She always loved helping her family and friends find homes for sale and would regularly attend open houses as a hobby to check out how others lived and to pick up home improvement tips. Paired with her passion for helping people, Kerry has found her dream career in real estate!
After working as a licensed insurance agent for three years, a travel agent for 10 years and more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, Kerry achieved her goal of becoming a licensed broker in 2004. She now works out of the John L. Scott Bellingham office and helps her clients find and sell homes in north Everett, south Whidbey Island, Mt. Vernon and all of Whatcom County, including Point Roberts.
Working with Kerry is always a personalized experience. She focuses a lot of attention and time on getting to know her clients well, uncovering preferences, tastes and lifestyles so that she can then apply that to the house search. She is detail oriented, good at multitasking and always has a team behind her, from lenders to inspectors, title and escrow to contractors, to ensure the buying and selling process goes smoothly.
Kerry specializes in single-family homes and condos in established neighborhoods and she loves working with first-time homebuyers or with people who haven’t purchased or sold in a while. It’s front of mind for Kerry that her clients are not buying or selling homes for a living and it’s always a privilege to lead them through each step with confidence to put everyone’s mind at ease.
When she’s not working, Kerry loves to entertain her friends and family at her home. She enjoys cooking for herself and others and also enjoys movies, yoga, walking, running and playing tennis.

Bellingham
Bellingham is a lot of things. A college town. The northernmost city in the contiguous United States. A mid-point between Seattle and Vancouver, BC. A beer lover’s paradise. But more than anything it is, hands down, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Views from Bellingham include Mt. Baker and the Cascades, Bellingham Bay and the tree-lined San Juan Islands. The water of Bellingham Bay provides opportunities for boating, kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, and viewing the spectacular craggy, coastline. And with Mt. Baker at our doorstep, winter sports like skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing are moments away. The city is great for bicyclists. With more than 60 miles of bike lanes on the roads and almost 70 miles of trails, getting on your bike for a jaunt is both easy and picturesque. The trails are great for an afternoon stroll or longer hike too. Bellingham has long been a gathering place for creatives. Artists from the literary, theater, musical and visual arts make up a vibrant scene that attracts both residents and visitors. Seattle is 90 miles to the south, and Vancouver is about 50 miles to the north, which means those arts and cultural centers are just a drive away as well.
